Common questions
How do I join someone's circle?
Ask them for their invite code, then open Lunka and choose Join with a code from the button at the top of the Circle tab. Lunka is invite-only — there is no search and no way for a stranger to find you.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. It removes your profile, walks, routes, photos and circle memberships immediately, and it cannot be undone. If you cannot reach the app, email us and we will do it for you.
How do I cancel Lunka Plus?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. The social side of Lunka — your circle, invitations, your streak and walking itself — stays free either way.
What does Lunka read from Apple Health?
Steps, walking distance and flights climbed. Nothing else, and never for advertising. It writes nothing back unless you switch that on yourself. The full explanation is here.
My steps are not updating
Check that Lunka still has Health access: iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Lunka. If all three are on and steps are still stuck, email us.
