Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Lunka app. They are deliberately short. Lunka is provided by Oliver Harburt, a sole trader business registered in Sweden, reachable at oliverharburt@gmail.com.

Your account

You need an account to use Lunka, created with Sign in with Apple or a one-time email link. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account. You must be 13 or older.

How Lunka is meant to be used

Lunka is invite-only and built for small private circles. Do not use it to harass anyone, to impersonate anyone, to share content you have no right to share, or to misrepresent your activity. We may suspend an account that does.

What you make stays yours

Your walks, routes, photos and messages belong to you. You grant Lunka only the permission needed to store them and show them to the people in your circle. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

Lunka Plus

• Lunka Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly.
• The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• It renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period.
• Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings, not in Lunka. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds are Apple's to give, under their terms — we cannot issue them ourselves, but write to us if something went wrong and we will help you ask.
• The social features of Lunka — your circle, invitations, calendar events, your streak and walking itself — are free, and we intend to keep them free.

Health and safety

Lunka is a walking companion, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition, and nothing in it is medical advice. Talk to a doctor before changing your activity if you have any reason to. Pay attention to your surroundings while walking — do not follow a route into traffic or anywhere that looks unsafe. Route suggestions are generated from map data and are not checked by a person; you decide whether a route is safe to walk.

Availability

Lunka is provided as is. We try to keep it working and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or never lose data. Keep anything irreplaceable somewhere else too.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for Lunka in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, your mandatory rights under the law of your country are unaffected by these terms.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the app will tell you before the change takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in your own country of residence.
